I had an underfloor radiant heat system that constantly leaked. Sick of the repair bills, I checked reviews online and chose to call CM Heating to discuss options. After a few minutes on the phone, an appointment was set to meet with a Comfort Specialist the next morning. Despite driving an hour and a half, Samir Khoury arrived precisely on time at my home. Friendly and knowledgeable, we talked about various options and after looking through the house, he made a recommendation to install a three zone mini-split heat pump. (I might add, this was on a Friday) He put together a quote on the spot, reviewed my electrical panel with his Electrician Manager who gave a thumbs up immediately, and went over everything with me. He told me that if I accepted the quote his team could install the next day, a Saturday. I talked to my wife and we agreed this was a good price and the right choice. Signing the approval online, we opted for a Monday installation instead of Saturday so we could be better prepared. On Monday, the permits were emailed to me right away and the installation team showed up and got to work. Friendly and efficient, the two installers plus an electrician, got the three mini-splits mounted exactly where I asked and the heat pump installed. This was a fast, efficient, and highly competent crew and my house has never been warmer or more comfortable. Thanks to Samir and the team at CM Heating, we are warm and now we will have AC this summer!

Spencer arrived timely, was friendly and didn't waste any time getting the old furnace out and the new heat pump installed. He explained the process and where they would be working so I knew what to expect. He answered all my questions during the install and gave me a complete tour of my system and how it works. I cannot say enough good things about the service I received from Zachary McMurphy at CM Heating. Zach stepped in at the end of the day after another technician’s visit fell short, and the difference in professionalism and workmanship was immediately clear. He took full ownership of the situation and when he wasn’t satisfied with the work and materials, he didn’t cut corners or make excuses. Instead, he went to the store to get the supplies and redid the work ensuring everything was done correctly and to a high standard. That level of integrity and pride is rare and deeply appreciated. Zach also went the extra mile by patiently answering all my many questions about my HVAC unit as a new home owner. I appreciated that more than anything else. He also lit my fireplace, bringing much-needed warmth into my home. It was a small but incredibly thoughtful gesture that made a big difference. I felt he was knowledgeable, accountable, and genuinely cares about doing the job right and leaving e confident in the service. CM Heating is fortunate to have him on their team. Highly recommend. Dan at CM Heating was fantastic! He was on time and got right to work. Once he finished his inspection and service, he reviewed everything with me in detail, showed me pictures and then suggested the necessary repair. He was not at all pushy. Emmanuel Maldonado at CM Heating came a few hours after we called them. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable about our Heating system. He fixed the problem, changed the filter and gave us instructions. We were absolutely pleased with his high quality work. After the awesome work of Emmanuel, we were visited by Kyle McAllister to give us a quote on a new heating system. Kyle McAlister came the same evening and did an awesome job with a quote that meets our needs. Kyle made sure to spend time explaining to us all the details, and we are excited to have CM Heating install our new system soon.

The service tech, Austin Miner did an excellent job. I would have given 6 stars if available. He throughly explained the work he would be doing. He arrived on time and performed the work in good time. A real pro. We will certainly be using CM Heating for our future needs and will highly recommend CM to anyone that needs the services they provide.
