I had an underfloor radiant heat system that constantly leaked. Sick of the repair bills, I checked reviews online and chose to call CM Heating to discuss options. After a few minutes on the phone, an appointment was set to meet with a Comfort Specialist the next morning. Despite driving an hour and a half, Samir Khoury arrived precisely on time at my home. Friendly and knowledgeable, we talked about various options and after looking through the house, he made a recommendation to install a three zone mini-split heat pump. (I might add, this was on a Friday) He put together a quote on the spot, reviewed my electrical panel with his Electrician Manager who gave a thumbs up immediately, and went over everything with me. He told me that if I accepted the quote his team could install the next day, a Saturday. I talked to my wife and we agreed this was a good price and the right choice. Signing the approval online, we opted for a Monday installation instead of Saturday so we could be better prepared. On Monday, the permits were emailed to me right away and the installation team showed up and got to work. Friendly and efficient, the two installers plus an electrician, got the three mini-splits mounted exactly where I asked and the heat pump installed. This was a fast, efficient, and highly competent crew and my house has never been warmer or more comfortable. Thanks to Samir and the team at CM Heating, we are warm and now we will have AC this summer!

Amber Maddalena started the process walking through CM’s warranty on mini-split installation in our condo. They ended up being the lowest price and their 12 year parts and labor warranty was the best of any company we quoted (we got 4 quotes). Amber worked with me through the process (we were the first mini-split installation in our HOA community) meeting with the HOA and their engineer to ensure the system met all requirements. Amber was fantastic! The installation (an outdoor 30k heat pump, 2 each 6k indoor units in bedrooms and an 18k in the living room) was completed in a day. The installers were very professional and after completion both the HOA project manager and the engineer were very satisfied with the results. And we have a condo that is not sweltering anymore. I highly recommend CM.

Dan at CM Heating was fantastic! He was on time and got right to work. Once he finished his inspection and service, he reviewed everything with me in detail, showed me pictures and then suggested the necessary repair. He was not at all pushy. Entire process from start to finish was professional, friendly, low pressure and technically sound. Installation team arrived on time and were finished by mid afternoon. They explained differences between my old gas system operation and the new heat pump system. My biggest worry switching to heat pump was that air temperature at the vent would be unpleasantly cool. That is NOT the case and we are pleased with the comfort of the system. Everything was cleaned up when they left and installation was very professional and tidy. I highly recommend this company.

CM heating is the most professional,reliable, honest company we have ever dealt with. They are also very reasonable in their prices for repairs. They send a text with the technician’s photo so you know who is going to come to your house and what time they are on their way! The technician, Hagen, was so personable and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed our heat pump issue and explained everything to us so we understood exactly what was wrong with it. He and his apprentice quickly did the necessary repairs. We are so thankful we will have a/c heading into summer!
