Amber Maddalena started the process walking through CM’s warranty on mini-split installation in our condo. They ended up being the lowest price and their 12 year parts and labor warranty was the best of any company we quoted (we got 4 quotes). Amber worked with me through the process (we were the first mini-split installation in our HOA community) meeting with the HOA and their engineer to ensure the system met all requirements. Amber was fantastic! The installation (an outdoor 30k heat pump, 2 each 6k indoor units in bedrooms and an 18k in the living room) was completed in a day. The installers were very professional and after completion both the HOA project manager and the engineer were very satisfied with the results. And we have a condo that is not sweltering anymore. I highly recommend CM.

I had an underfloor radiant heat system that constantly leaked. Sick of the repair bills, I checked reviews online and chose to call CM Heating to discuss options. After a few minutes on the phone, an appointment was set to meet with a Comfort Specialist the next morning. Despite driving an hour and a half, Samir Khoury arrived precisely on time at my home. Friendly and knowledgeable, we talked about various options and after looking through the house, he made a recommendation to install a three zone mini-split heat pump. (I might add, this was on a Friday) He put together a quote on the spot, reviewed my electrical panel with his Electrician Manager who gave a thumbs up immediately, and went over everything with me. He told me that if I accepted the quote his team could install the next day, a Saturday. I talked to my wife and we agreed this was a good price and the right choice. Signing the approval online, we opted for a Monday installation instead of Saturday so we could be better prepared. On Monday, the permits were emailed to me right away and the installation team showed up and got to work. Friendly and efficient, the two installers plus an electrician, got the three mini-splits mounted exactly where I asked and the heat pump installed. This was a fast, efficient, and highly competent crew and my house has never been warmer or more comfortable. Thanks to Samir and the team at CM Heating, we are warm and now we will have AC this summer!

CM Heating techs Michael M. and Joseph M. arrived on time. They figured out the best way to reroute the PVC line so the water could drain without a condensation pump. The original setup with the condensation pump created an odd sound whenever the pump stopped running. Michael felt that there was an issue within the drain line causing water to backfill into the pump, causing noise after it stopped running. I felt that Michael and Dan went the extra mile to help remedy the noise issue and did a fantastic job rerouting the PVC line. We ended up with a clean look, eliminating the PVC line in front of the coil panel, allowing for easy access. No more condensation pump, no more noise, and a clean look. Job well done! PS: I forgot to mention that Anderson C. arrived on time; he performed the yearly maintenance and did a fantastic job as well! Great teamwork! To CM Heating Staff and Techs, Thank You All!

Emmanuel and his trusted sidekick performed outstanding feats of excellence that have seen no match from mere normal technicians. They took a sows ear and turned it into a silk purse. The careful removal and re-installation of our existing split system has been a experience that should be witnessed by all. The total job was beyond reproach. Entire process from start to finish was professional, friendly, low pressure and technically sound. Installation team arrived on time and were finished by mid afternoon. They explained differences between my old gas system operation and the new heat pump system. My biggest worry switching to heat pump was that air temperature at the vent would be unpleasantly cool. That is NOT the case and we are pleased with the comfort of the system. Everything was cleaned up when they left and installation was very professional and tidy. I highly recommend this company.

CM heating is the most professional,reliable, honest company we have ever dealt with. They are also very reasonable in their prices for repairs. They send a text with the technician’s photo so you know who is going to come to your house and what time they are on their way! The technician, Hagen, was so personable and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed our heat pump issue and explained everything to us so we understood exactly what was wrong with it. He and his apprentice quickly did the necessary repairs. We are so thankful we will have a/c heading into summer!

CM heating completed a high-efficiency furnace replacement and installation of a new heat pump for us in July 2026. Planning, permits and turn-key installation was completed within only about 2 weeks from when we called. CM beat out two other companies in the bid; however, the final decision to move forward with CM was based more on technical aspects of the CM proposal which included specifications of proposed equipment, quiet operation, and right-sizing the system to our space. We have had no problems with the system (in air conditioning mode) in the first month. We paid the amount of the original bid without unexpected up charges. The smooth success of our installation may be attributed to clear communication and careful planning by our project manager, S. Khoury. He took great care in getting the technical details correct and communicating with us our needs. He even helped us get a significant rebate from our gas company for the heat-pump installation. I would recommend CM for your HVAC installations.

This company is wonderful to work with. I was having trouble with the batteries in my outdoor sensor. I looked it up on the internet and discovered what kind of batteries to buy. I thought I bought the right type. I called the company because it kept telling me I needed to replace them. The technician that came out put the correct ones in place and did not make me feel stupid. I learned a valuable lesson. I was treated with respect and gentleness and for that I’m grateful.

Great first experience with this company. Dan was quick to fix our AC issues. And provide some knowledge on how i can take extra precautionary measures to prevent issues like the one we had in the future. They had a great deal on an annual service package they provide. Which was much lower then other companies have charged me in the past. Happy with the service. Would highly recommend.

Very quick service, called yesterday afternoon to request service after a utility line surge. Next day appointment available for this afternoon, which was great. Miraculously, the tech was available first thing, which was glorious after a week without heat. My furnace and heat pump came through the outage unscathed, and was able to add a sensor to improve efficiency. Maintenance service was overdue so I asked Carter to do that as well, which he was more than happy to do. Great customer service, super professional. I highly recommend CM Heating.
